What is Garba? Garba is a vibrant folk dance from Gujarat, India, traditionally performed during the Navratri festival. It’s danced in a circle around a lamp or image of Goddess Durga, symbolizing life’s cycle and creation. With rhythmic steps and joyful energy, Garba brings people together in celebration and community. Dancers wear colorful traditional attire, and the dance pulses to beats of dhol, tabla, and harmonium.
